Hey all, We need to start planning for the next marketing team meeting. The first thing we need to do is determine a date for the meeting. I would also suggest that we use the same date and time for all future meetings. I propose that we have our meeting during the week of Sunday May 18th through Saturday May 24th. I am available Monday through Friday for an hour during 11-2pm (CDT) or anytime after 7pm (CDT) on Saturday and Sunday I am available anytime after 10am (CDT). These are just my suggestions feel free to give yours if they differ or when you would be available during this week.
We also need to plan out an agenda for the meeting. We will finalize a list of materials needs for any booth at a confernce and get volunteers to work on mockups of the materials. I will create a wiki page for this meeting that we can use for building the agenda and such.
