Hi guys, we are using the both hibernate and spring cartridges since 3 weeks in our new project. All in one thank you very much :handshake: , the results are even with the first versions already fantastic, the potential huge. =)
I want to make some proposals to improve the cartridges, if this features are already there than please improve the documentation ;-) and mention the features i requested. HibernateCartridge: - Generics integration (after i spoke with Darius this seems to be dependent on spring cartridge) - default attribute names within the associations Spring Cartridge: - One important detail is missing in the Spring-Cartridge Documentation the checkout of parent spring project from SVN and installing it. - default logger in each Service integrated in the AbstractClass would be good - what is with the described "configurable dao" stereotype is it working? or only planned? - separate dao stereotype since we need to define our own dao interfaces for special queries, now the dao is generated automated within the association of a service to an entity Is it possible to implement this features in the near future?
