I solved it!

When exporting to create the .uml file, a Persistence.profile.uml is also
created.

I had to make sure that the 'profile.persistence.file' property in the
workflow.properties file pointed at the new file and not the one in the
distribution.  It would be great if the wiki was updated to reflect this.


A small suggestion to the development team: Considering that NoMagic are a
Partner, a better approach would have been to have native support of the
mdzip format or the underlying mdxml format.  MagicDraw's exporting
functionality is pretty painful to use IMO.
