I have the same problem when I launch a runtime eclipse app with the plugins. I'm also using Ganymede. I think this worked fined before Ganymede, but it might also be something else that have changed. Nowadays I have to export the plugins and restart eclipse when I'm testing the DSL. Very annoying.
