Maybe you can use the preprocess to delete all classes don't used for the
generation.
Also you can build up your entity containing uml submodel in a seperate
workflow wrapping the hibernate cartridge.
Another solution for your problem could be a separate expression for
performing the checks
<emfAllChildrenSlot value="(${hibernate.modelToCheck.uml2})" />
The property 'hibernate.modelToCheck.uml2' is set by default to the same
value like 'hibernate.model.uml2' but you can also write extensions
providing sub-models.
Eg.: <emfAllChildrenSlot
value="extensions::MyExtension::selectPersistenceSubModel(${hibernate.modelslot.uml2})"
/>
If this will help you, I could build in this differentiation in the next
release.
