Ryan started to work on this, but he never completed/committed anything. I'm not familiar with Flex and don't know what is needed for the VO and proxies.
Maybe VO is something similar to the RichObjects that are generated for Sculptor RCP CRUD GUI. See /fornax-cartridges-sculptor-generator/src/main/resources/templates/rcp/RcpCrudGuiRichObject.xpt Maybe proxy is the client side implementation of the service interface?
