This one looks definitely better. If it's possible add space from
header to text "You express ...".

Than please consider replacing "What's new" with "Bug tracking".
"What's new" should be announced with release.

This is way how to show that project is alive and kicking. My idea was
to write "very" short articles about thinks we do and prepare for next
release, what's new in MDA, DDD, ... area and also some interesting
articles which you see somewhere about area which we cover. Something
like: "What I did last week".
