When Mexico came on board with us our contact has been David Coyler I have explained several times and we send our roster each year to the clubs in Mexico that your club has to update with us each year. As of today, October 19, 2005 there has not been any club in Mexico that has updated with us for 2005. In order for a contender to fish the Federation Championship his BASS membership and Federation membership has to be current. We did allow a grace last year and let someone come to the Championship with the understanding that they would get the Federation in order and nothing has happened.
