OK for 1/2. Not everything works as expected, but the patch rather
improves the situation.
The -fcoarray=single is a separate follow on patch. It is more
complicated because nothing was ever implemented for TEAM and it just
exits. We could open a new PR for it.
Let's fix one bug at a time rather than all at once.
