Hola, En el log ves el mensaje CPF8147 que nos indica que el objeto esta dañado y posiblemente sea irrecuperable, en la ayuda del mensaje puedes ver las posibles acciones de recuperacion:

VLOG-&7.
Cause . . . . . : The data queue &4 is damaged and may no longer be
usable.
Recovery . . . : Use the DLTDTAQ command to delete the damaged data
queue
and then either use the CRTDTAQ command to create the data queue again
or
use the RSTOBJ command to restore it from another
version.
Esto puede suceder por varias causas, alguna que la experiencia me dice son:
- Intento de cambiar las autorizaciones y propietario mientras se esta
utilizando el objeto.
- Intento de eliminar el objeto mientras se estaba usando.
- Se estaba haciendo un backup del objeto mientras se estaba usando.
