CONSUMER FOOD SPECIALIST
Main activities:
Conduct Product Tasting
Preparing Method of Tasting
Selecting & Inviting the panelist
Preparing the product (buying, measuring,cooking)
Run the Tasting
Analyze the tasting data
Reporting the tasting result
Conduct Sensory Analysis i.e. Difference Test to complement consumer
product tests
Be part of the 60/40 project team
Be the link between R&D Manufacturing and Consumer Research in checking
product attributes to be tested.
Assist Culinary in new product development from checking the concepts, the
preparation method up to the results.
Conduct "Lunch Tasting" for visitors
Coordinate development of books, brochures, leaflets, etc. related to
products & recipes.
Keeps library of Indonesian foods
Checking third party in preparation instruction in packaging, food styling
and organize food presentation and cooking demonstration.
Assist in Relationship Marketing
Assist in Consumer Contact
Consumer Services Panel Label Checking in new packaging
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Desk Research
Sourcing Original recipes for tasting (Home Recipes)
Tasting the home made recipes
Confirmed recipe should be prepared in exact weight (in gr,ml,etc)
Create exact recipe + Preparation method + How to cook + How to serve
Exact recipe to be sent to Eastreco (S'pore R&D) by Culinary
S'pore R&D make trials based on home made recipes
Eastreco will send the new product prototype + preparation method
Testing the new product prototype based on Eastreco recipe
Preparation Method of Final Product on Packaging
Corporate Communication Panel
Recipe Checking on the Packaging
