I have just tried out PSPad and am really quite impressed in general.
I notice that it ignores scroll wheel acceleration features provided by
Microsofts Intellimouse driver [which i find an extremely valuable feature].
This feature allows the scrolling of the window content to be larger the faster
that the mouse scroll wheel is moved. So scrolling around in a large file is
quite simple if you just move the mouse wheel quickly. Yet slow scrolling is
still a nice small amount.
Its odd how many applications it just works with and yet others it does not work
at all. {note: i have noticed visual studio from MS does not support propertly
but it sometimes works) There must be some specific behaviour entailed in the
way the mouse events are processed.
Just thought I would mention it.
I doubt I personally could use PSPad in ernest without the acceleration.:-))
