None of these batch file fixes worked for me. However, all I had to do was create a new string value named PSPad in the registry key: \\HKEY_Current_User\Software\PSPad
with the data: "C:\Program Files\PSPad editor\PSPad.exe" or whatever string data is the same as the PSPadPath value already in that key (e.g.where PSPad is installed). That fixed the context menu handler and leaving the PSPadPath key intact means that when the programmers figure this bug out, it will work fine in future version when you upgrade. Presumably this was just a programmer's oversight in the 4.51 release build.
