For delay is used the command *_sleep_( milliseconds)*. But seems it
doesn't solve your problem.

Try to change "{ESCAPE}" shortcut to some other which hasn’t influence to
question window (e.g. "^{F11}") in script and in the settings:
*Program settings > Key Map > Exit with Esc > Ctrl+F11*
