Or use Total Commander http://www.totalcmd.com
It's Shareware, so it's not free but it is free to try before you buy! They also endorse and recommend PSPad! I've been using it for years... And they now have a BETA version out that will add a lot of new features/enhancements to the long list of favorite capabilities already in Total Commander, which includes super easy to use archive viewing, extracting, packing, etc... (ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, UC2, TAR, GZ, CAB, ACE, etc...) Not to mention all the available Plug-ins and Extensions available.
