Heh, at first I wasn't sure what you were talking about, and then I was like "Ohhhhh..." and remembered when an editor sometimes worked one way and sometimes the other, and I was never sure how the program decided when to work this way, but I was always happy when it did. :-)
It means instead of going blip-blip-blip ...reposition... blip-blip-blip ...reposition...
