Bad behaviour: Pspad opens file in wrong codepage.

Script:
You have file with a local codepage (perhapse ANSI).
You have never opened this file before
You have "Remember file state" option on
You have another format option checked (OEM)
You open your file it open in the wrong codepage
(By the way you can't just change active codepage for opened file, and as for me
I consider this as a serious bug, so you have to close your file, change active
CP and open it again)
But as long as you turned "Remember file state" option on, your file will always
be opened in the wrong CP forever, until you delete PSCache.BIN or switch
"Remember file state" option off.

This bug drove me crazy billion times. :-(
I could not figure out why it took place.
But, finally, I've nailed it. B-]

I beg you, Jan: pleeaase, fix it!

Suggestion.

Maybe it is sensible to make 2 options:
Set document CP - changes active file CP (PSPad current implementation)
Set document view CP - reopens active file as it has CP

I think both option must be synchronized.
