FYI, I'm running Windows 2000 Professional SP4

When I run "regsvr32 PSPadSourceSafeTab.dll" in the PSPad folder it returns
this error message:
LoadLibrary("PSPadSourceSafeTab.dll") failed - The specified procedure could not
be found.
What should I do to fix this? Thanks!
