Hi. Index: * Bugreport * Feature request
_Bug:_ First of all there seams to be a bug with the tabbing. When you program in Python where the only thing enabling you to do if/while/for or w/e loops is the tab indent you really need it to be working. I have to disable smart-tab to not get one space on some of my tabbings, and when i use backspace to go back one indent like this: http://rafb.net/p/RoMicC36.html if i whant to go back one indent when i go from row 2 to 3, I will jump back all the way to the root of the indentation and when i try to tab out to the corrent indent (same level as row 1) with smart-tab i'll end up with something like this: http://rafb.net/p/usZVfx27.html And in general the "real tab" dosn't seam to work that well from time to time. The tabs gets replaced by spaces anyway. I'm using Tab-size: 4 and Indent-Size: 1 and "real tabs" but it still replaces my tabs with spaces which create faulty indentation and crashes my python applications. I have lived with this for quite some time now sinec i really like the rest of the PSPad application with all it's features like Project Overview Structure on the left, tabs and class overview. But this is starting to really bugg the F out of my nerves. Actually don't know how to describe this more thurrowly so i made a short clip (don't watch it if you don't whant to!) http://airbird.myftp.org/pspad.avi (might not work in VLC, try mpc or wmp or winamp). _Feature:_ I would like to be able to split view on two different files and scroll on them independently instead of scrolling in the same file and both views at the same time. Don't know how to enable this if it's allready in there somewhere but it it would be really nice to be able to say have a class or a module opened to the right while you program on your main application in the left side view. -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,47028,47028> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
