Yeah, you're right, I've been using clips for storing snippets. However with lots of snippets the problem is you don't remember how you named each of them and it gets troublesome to find the block you need.
With the clipboard monitor window it is SOOO much more comfortable - I see all the blocks with their first lines in the top window and whole content in the bottom window. I may be wrong but to my logic if you have clipboard monitor window working in Pspad now, the new function would be just about saving to a file what is now only remembered in the clipboard? Btw, I use clips for standard pieces of php/xhtml and css and for this purpose clips are perfect. Forgive my insistence but that would ease my work a lot.
