There is yet problem, cause I didn't finished user path setting definition yet.
When you start program, it has no rights to write into program files. You need to start program as admin to elevate rights. Another possibility is put PSPad outside of program files (PSPad doesn't need to be installed) - you can run it from anywhere (flash disk, any folder, network drive). I suggest you second possibility.
