Your example are surrogate pairs - 2 chars make one letter. I am afraid it isn't supported by PSpad. When i copy your example into Notepad, Word, i got same result. No application display it as was on your picture. It means you provided wrong example or there is no application what can work with it.
If you copy it from any PDF, this is maybe reason - PDF presents chars differently. It can write basic letter and draw accents or draw letters as bitmap or ...
