Some other strange char phenomenon. I open some files via FTP, it happens sometimes that 1 file contains Chinese chars in the tab's tooltip. The name in the tab is correct. But when saving the file, an error occurs "connection: ...chinese chars". Then I close this file and after reopen all is OK...
