For display correctly other charsets you have to use any UNICODE encoding (UTF-16, UTF-8) Another solution is choose correct Code page, if you use ANSI encoding. E.g. ANSII Cyrilic for Russian. After changing Code page (menu encoding) do Reload document (Ctrl+R)
