If a Windows-1250 file starts with the combination of characters Úš (note, case is important, úš doesn't cause this), PsPad stubbornly insist on opening it as UTF-8 and obviously complains about bad UTF-8 encoding. PsPad 5.0.7.775, Windows 11.
