    This is the English version.  It is the complete thing.  This means you
download once, then install.  Yes, this is directly from Microsoft.  You may
notice less HD activity to your .swp file on your HD slightly improving your
system performance.  For those of you with a slow HD, or less ram, the
improvement is greater.
