Hi,

I've had a similar problem recently. Our company changed the our email
address and as a consequence I could not post unless I re-registered with my
new email address. unfortunately I couldn't unsubscribe my old email
address, I still haven't, I simple went to the user group web page and
changed the options (
http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/setlistopt.html) to turn off the
email reporting. It seems to have solved the double messages I was getting!
(I still receive email on the old address for a while).

Try it. It worked for me.
