Is it possible that there has been some hole size changes? What about the
total hole count and hole counts of different sizes? Sounds like more
information is needed. Any surface mount pads that may have mistakenly had
holes. If I remember correctly, in Autotrax there was a bug something
similiar to that. Pin 1 of surface mount components would get a 0.030" hole
set instead of 0mils. Something to investigate anyway.

Hello all,
The company I used to work for is having problems with an old board layout
completed in Autotrax V. 1.58. They need to order boards but the original
Gerber files are lost. They regenerated the Gerbers, but the board
fabricator tells them the drill drawing has 14 extra 0.030in dia holes as
compared with the drill files.
Initially, I thought there must be pads stacked on top of one another,
however, they have deleted each component and via with 0.030dia holes one by
one, redrawing the screen each time. No extra pads are located.
Any ideas?
