I would think that they would release one soon. They have released one for
P-CAD (and Accel V.15).

There are freeware gerber viewers out there like Lavenier. You won't get to
wow the customer with a 3D view, however :{) If you do not have a link to
that viewer or can't find it in a search, email me off line and I will send
it on. Attachments are generally frowned on, on this list. A good search
engine, in general, is Copernic, It available too for free at their .com
site. It gets rid of most of the trash.
An AutoCAD export is another way to view a drawing/p.w.b. and it may explain
why Protel has not done a freebie here. Unfortunately, there are some
problems with Protel exports when it comes to arcs. I have found this most
prevalent in symbols I create, not so much Protel's library farm. Some
others may have concerns with the accuracy issues involved with the way
Protel and AutoCAD treat lines.
I think Protel is a bit dated in not releasing a free viewer. We are all
drunk on Adobe Acrobat for that reason. We can only wait for some reason to
cut in.
