oops that was from slashdot so i don't hold much of responsibility for
writing that...
yeah... the wording is correct here though.. just wanted to make clear i got
it from slashdot..
thing is since it is in gplv2 u can't make it proprietary (if u mean closed
source) or gpl for that matter anyways..

so intel clearly doesn't want the same code to go for proprietary systems...
or it wud not be gpled
