Mounting drives at startup can be done by adding few lines to /etc/fstab
first of all create one folder where u will mount the drive. Suppose in
/media/c

In terminal Do:

#sudo mkdir /media/c
Then, type:
# sudo gedit /etc/fstab &

The gedit window opens. Now add a new line in the file as:
/dev/sda1 /media/c NTFS-3G defaults 0 0

save and close the gedit window.

Now when u restart the computer u will have sda1(sata(SCSI) primary master
disk's first partition) frequently(not always) ur C drive in windows mounted
in /media/c .

To know if its hda or hdb or sda or sdb or others, simply check by typing:
#sudo fdisk -l
in the terminal.

Enjoy!!! cheers.
