Yes i am specifying the right encryption security mode. i have used 64 bit
WEP in HEX encryption.
And about checking the driver i might need it in more detail because i am
new to linux itself.A bit of more elaboration please.

And i can see the network icon on the top right corner with that error sign
in it if that means anything i don't know.
