Long time back, there was also a sample designed by Bibek Shrestha @ http://drupalsites.yipl.com.np/fossnepal ...don't think it exists anymore...but I guess he used Drupal for that one. Below I've forwarded rough outline of things by Bibek. We might also want to put up rss/news feed as suggested in one of those mails. Plus, one more suggestion from my side, maybe add a bit of localization/translation stuffs as well to the site itself :) --------- Rough outline of fossnepal.org comments requested Pages About Us - information of FOSS Nepal - inviting feeling and language - links to activities done and ongoing Activities - Teaser display of various ongoing activites by fossnepal - the links will also take to specific information page Front page - (during SFD can be changed to SFD specific page, see below for details) - On other time, highlighting upcoming event - one paragraph on foss nepal information - teaser display of news, happenings, articles, etc (sth like http://news.com.com/) SFD specific pages - introduction - event listing - how anyone can get involved - link to wiki - logos of event partners and sponsers with links.
