I don't know the status of the page right now. It is for this very purpose that it was considered to be set up. The donation would to go to a common account that has all its transactions published - transparency was also considered deeply. Now the question is, how do FOSS enthusiast from around the world donate to FOSS Nepal (even if it is couple of dollars)? If the Paypal account is still active, it needs to be visible which it clearly is not at the moment.
