I mentioned in first mail too and I would again like to particularly tell that I tried all above stuffs whatever was there in Ubuntu documentaton of Grub2
the error was * cannot seek `/dev/sda* another help: is there any tool to mount ext4 (please note its ext4 and not ext2 or 3) form windows 7 (not from xp or vista) ?
