Dear Saansoft ji, The IT Park also host Open Technology Resource Center (OTRC), which was supported and volunteered by the FOSS Nepal Community members and hosted by HLCIT and IBM. As, the previous team members of the OTRC are not in Nepal, but Sushil from FOSS Nepal Community should be in the OTRC office hosted at the ground floor of the IT Park.
