I think, we could do this class online. Since it is programming class,
online stuff with some moderation should always work.

To put it simple, moodle would do but we could even go with say a
class topics and resources been posted in the group wall and we find
the feedbacks and comments from participants. they try and ask if they
do not understand.

And the group would regularly progress ahead.
As simple as anything.
