For specific tagging to be used for Nepal http://www.osmnepal.org/tagging-guidelines/ . If you have specific questions then there is a project from world bank who are mapping kathmandu in OSM. They run free OSM Clinic hours every friday from 1 to 4 at their office in Baluwatar. If you have specific questions then you can go to them. Also i heard that they will have clinics on SFD as well.
