Please review https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/info/8ae790623c14ac5c. The problem it fixes can be seen clearly on the current timeline (permalink: https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?n=50&y=ci&a=2016-10-20+17:04:46). The only issue I still have is with https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?n=21&v=0&y=ci&a=2016-10-24+21:54:24, where the thin line comes out of the thick one. Not a major issue IMO.
