Three bugs found already (one reported by E.Pasma on the SQLite
mailing list, and two more found by the developers while working on
the E.Pasma bug) - but all of them also exist in ever other version
since 3.15.0 (they are related to row-values) - and none of them have
any impact on Fossil. We are undecided yet if they need a point
release or if they can wait until 3.17.0.
