There is a bug fix (https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/info/323299cb5605ed79) that people have been hitting more and more frequently. So I feel the need to rush out the next release.
There have not been many changes lately, and nothing that might be consider destabilizing. The current code has been in heavy use without problems for a couple of months. The current code does contain an alpha version of SQLite, but all the SQLites pass so I think that is fine. If there are no serious objections, I will do a release from trunk within 24 hours. -- D.
