I think your talk looks good.  I don't have any suggested improvements.

FWIW, my latest set of slides on fossil 
(http://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil-20090926.pdf 
) contains a few ideas and some performance statistics which you might  
want to incorporate.  On the other hand, you need to mindful of your  
time, so do not feel obliged to use any of this data.
