I just pulled a clean copy of fossil down on two different OS'es (Linux and FreeBSD). I got the same result twice:
$ fossil test-integrity -R fos.fos skip phantom 13005 ee2d352b3e23c80eaf4bfa5465be546b12db6e1b 13004 non-phantom blobs (out of 13005 total) verified So no checksum mismatches. Gé
