Is there a way to format the Last Modified field in the View Ticket template so that the local time is display instead of UTC?
I was able to use datetime(tkt_mtime,'localtime') in the Report Template, but only $<tkt_datetime> works in the View Ticket template. Perhaps a useful Feature Request would be to have the Use Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) option (set in the Timeline Display Preferences page) apply to all time values displayed to the user. As a user, if I uncheck this option for the Timeline, the odds are that I'm going to want all times to be reported in local time. Just a thought.
