And here's the Google Code-based editor on top of one of my largest wikis
(which i just ported back to fossil last night):

Fossil is now a viable back-end for dedicated wiki sites, without exposing
the SCM (as such) to the clients.

That's been fixed in the mean time. Links within Fossil-rendered pages can
now be navigated normally. External links will open in a new window to
avoid losing any browsing/editing state.
