I hadn't tested the default. Using 'ssh -e none -T' eliminates the
pseudo-terminal message. Very nice indeed.

There probably isn't a "right" answer. My strong preference is less-is-more
and put only what is really necessary out on the screen, thus I'd request
you implement your --sshtrace idea.
