Regarding the link, I suggest an optional parameter to set it: -link "
http://fossil-scm.org/"; . For my needs it is good enough if the link is
something unique that I can pattern match and replace after the fact.
<missing-link> somehow seems perfect :)

However I seem to be missing something ....
