I have a linux arm-gnueabi binary (not specifically android). Since android use a linux kernel, it might work. (It's not armhf, but armle) Actually, it is running on that: http://www.embeddedarm.com/products/board-detail.php?product=TS-7800 which is ARM9. If you want to try, I can send it to you.
