[fossil-users] Crash report /vpatch

[Philip Bennefall]

I was experimenting with the /vpatch URL, and as an experiment I typed 
/vpatch as a command line argument to fossil itself.

fossil /vpatch
I got a segfault, which I can reproduce consistently.

fossil help /vpatch gives the correct output.
