Hello, seems 'fossil finfo' is missing output:

I can't remember seeing this before; didn't bisect it (yet), and I think this fossil-version is from before ongoing/recent format-changes in comments (and besides, I think those were w.r.t. timeline, but I didn't follow it closely).
